Warranty & faulty items

If your product appears to be faulty upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible before returning. In some circumstances we may require you to return the item to be looked at and/or to be tested for the fault. We must be notified about faulty products within 30 days of your order being placed. Please note if the fault is due to misuse/handling then refunds cannot be given. Our products are manufactured to precise standards, with rigid quality control through every part of the manufacturing process. When you bought your product, you were given a warranty, which means for a certain period after purchase, any manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced by us free-of-charge. The warranty period for products bought in United Kingdom is 12 months. The warranty period begins from the date printed on your receipt. It's very important that you look after your receipt, as without this evidence you cannot make a claim on your warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratching, abrasions or cosmetic damage from shoes etc. More specifically, it does not cover damage caused by any misuse or improper handling.

Manufacturing

All our mats are bespoke manufactured to order, the lead time is 3-5 working days for production and then shipping is express 48 hours. You will be notified of your progress of your order, every step of the way.

Returns and exchanges

We currently operate a no quibble returns policy provided items are returned in their original un-opened state. If your order no longer meets your requirements, you may return the item/s and upon receipt a refund for the product/s only will be issue and not the cost (to us) of the carriage,  subject to the item being returned in its original condition. However, we are not able to accept returns on personalised car mat orders unless faulty on receipt. Please return within 14 days of your receipt date, and the customer will encounter return postage costs. We would recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when returning goods as we are not held responsible for damaged/lost items.
