What’s the delivery time?

We are a family run manufacturer based in Chorley, Lancashire. We have the pattern templates for almost every make & model on the UK roads today.

When we receive your order, we manufacture it from start to finish using your selection of carpet (or rubber), binding, embroidery, add a clipping system (where required) and then despatch to the address you have provided.

Your order hits our manufacturing team the same day you place your order, the car mat is accurately cut out using clever CAD driven cutting machines, then the mat set moves through to our talented sewing machinist, then clipping, then quality checks, and finally dispatch.

The whole process takes 3-5 working days to manufacture and then super speedy delivery.

We use Evri to delivery your order.

You should receive email updates at several points throughout the manufacturing journey and then tracking from Evri at point of despatch.

We know that we are all used to being able to order a thing in a box with a barcode, that a robot can pick and pack and deliver to you the next day. That’s not us…we are real humans with smiles and families who are hand making a tailored product exactly to your bespoke specification. That takes a little time and we really appreciate your patience whilst we do this well for you.

How much does delivery cost?

It’s FREE!! 😊 (to UK mainland and Northern Ireland).

We charge extra for shipping to the Republic of Ireland.

I’ve received my order and there’s a problem, what do I do?

Firstly, don’t you worry!

We have a very experienced team of staff who have been in this business longer than they care to admit. We strive for top notch product every day but sometimes things can you wrong, or maybe you’ve selected the wrong mat for your car.

It’s ok, we can sort it out.
